We encourage our trainers to put as much information as possible to convince prospective clients that their course is exactly what they’re looking for. They’ll also offer their résumé and an introductory video or podcast. What this means for trainers is all the hard ice-breaking work is done effortlessly for them. And those who are looking for training will have gained all the information that they would need to make an informed decision on whom they choose to contact.
