By completing the registration process and clicking on the 'Next' button in the registration process you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and it is your responsibility to regularly check the website for amendments. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the Terms including any amended terms and conditions updated on the website from time to time.

Conduct and Content

As a member of the website you agree:

1. to provide true and accurate information about yourself in the registration process
2. that you are solely responsible for the content that you publish on the website and the content that you transmit to other members of the website
3. to at all times abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations in your use of the Service and you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems or networks connected to the website or otherwise abuse the website
4. not to post or use the website to distribute material (including but not limited to text, graphics, video, programs or audio) that is unlawful, harassing, invasive of privacy, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation;
5. not to post material that contains advertising or any form of commercial solicitation and not to use the website for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters" or unsolicited mass distribution of email;
6. not to impersonate any other person or entity
7. to abide by the Photo Approval Policy which states that any photo provided must be of you only and must clearly display your face. All photos can be checked by us before being posted to the website. Photos will not be approved if; are copyrighted photos, celebrity photos, photos of actors, models or cartoon characters, obscene or offensive photos. If you decide to post a photo, you agree that you may be featured on the website not just on your profile page. We reserve the right to adjust your image by cropping.
8. to abide by the Voice File Approval Policy which states that any voice file provided must be of your voice only and must be clear. All voice files can be checked by us before being posted to the website. Voice files will not be approved if; they contain any, copyrighted voices, celebrity voices, voices of actors, models or cartoon characters, obscene or offensive content.
9. to abide by the Video Approval Policy which states that any video provided must be of you only and must clearly display your face. All videos can be checked by us before being posted to the website. Videos will not be approved if they contain obscene or offensive images or material.
10. not to transmit any material that infringes or violates the rights of another including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of a third party; and

We reserve the right to delete or remove any content provided by a member and to terminate your account without prior notice if we become aware that you are violating any of the conditions contained herein or suspected of the same.
Payment

Payment must be paid by either credit card, debit card, cheque/postal order/bank draft. Members will be billed quarterly; six monthly or yearly as indicated by you, on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

We may charge additional payment for other services provided on the website. These services and their associated costs will be clearly outlined on the website.

We reserve the right solely at our discretion to offer at any time promotional rates to new and/or existing members of the website or partner websites.

Cancellation/Termination of Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership you must do so in writing by using the "Contact Us" button on the website.
If your membership is cancelled without reason, although we are not obliged to enter into correspondence as to why it was cancelled, you may receive written confirmation and in any event we will refund you any part of the fees you have paid which relate to any period after such termination, (less administration charges for processing the refund). No refund will be provided in the case of your breach of these Terms.

User Information

Shop4Training collects information on what pages are accessed or visited by consumers, as well as information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or Site registrations. Shop4Training uses this information for internal review, in order to improve the content of the Site and to notify consumers about updates to the Site.

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Shop4Training Site including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorised to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Shop4Training Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing", or (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Shop4Training will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and co-operate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

This web site is operated by Shop4Training and complies with data protection legislation. This regulates the processing of information relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data.

In some areas of our web site, Shop4Training requests that you provide personal data including your names, address, email address, telephone number, contact information and other information from which your identity is discernible.

We use the information we gather on the website whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purposes of administering and managing your registration, responding to any queries you may have, operating and improving the web site, fostering a positive user experience and delivering the products and services that we offer to affiliate members.

Shop4Training does not accept any responsibility for the services rendered by its affiliate members. Shop4Training does not accept any responsibility for the conduct of any client in their dealings with its affiliate members services.

Shop4Training does not assume any liability for any of the products, services or data of any other Sites. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the information, opinion, advice or other content contained within the Site. Shop4Training can not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to reliance on information obtained through the Shop4Training businesses. If you have any inquiries or disputes with linked Sites, they should be directed to the individual Sites involved.

Shop4Training does not vet and is not responsible for any information which is posted in the Discussion Forum or Blog.  Any content, recommendation or other information within the Forum and Blog is viewed and used by you at your own risk and Shop4Training does not warrant, in any respect, the accuracy or reliability of any of the information posted in the Forum or Blog. The views expressed in the Forum are those of the individuals and are not necessarily those of Shop4Training.
Shop4Training does not moderate content before it is posted but retains the right to delete, move, edit, update or otherwise alter content in any way, at our discretion and without notice.
